Return & Exchange Policy

We are doing everything to get your order to you as soon as possible!

  • Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
  • Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
  • Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  • Delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 10 working days during the busy shopping season.
  • On orders above the value of Rs.10,000, we may request some advance payment. The customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. These orders will be shipped via TCS and Pakistan Post.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and delivery time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Sofacover.pk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item received is defective or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment or provide a replacement item for exchanges, as per your preference.

Damaged or Defective Items
